Sessions at Avera
Initial Consultations
This is your personalised starting point. Just you and Sarah for a 60 minute session. She’ll assess your posture and movement, understand your goals, and figure out what your body needs from Pilates. Then Sarah builds your personalised Pilates program to achieve your goals.
Small Group 3:1 Sessions
Personalised pilates sessions with a maximum of two other people. Sarah programs each session around who's in the room that day. You get Sarah’s expert attention tailored to your body and a blend of mobility, stability and full-body strength using professional equipment.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Get Sarah’s complete focus for an entire Pilates session. Ideal for injury rehab and faster progress. Or simply if you prefer a one-on-one experience. You’ll receive detailed, hands on guidance that’s tailored to your individual needs.
Meet Sarah

Sarah completed a Bachelor of Dance at the Victorian College of Arts before discovering Pilates through her own injury recovery. She holds a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and has over a decade of teaching experience working with clients at all stages of life, from dancers and athletes to pregnancy and motherhood, injury recovery to building strength for longevity.
Sarah runs every Pilates session at Avera and works with you to build programs that deliver real, lasting results.
