PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS

How it works

Private sessions give Sarah the time and space to work with your body in the most precise way.

Here's what that looks like:


1. Check-in and assessment

Every session starts with a check-in. How's your body feeling today? What's changed since your last session? Any new pain or tightness? Sarah adjusts the session based on what you tell her and what she observes.


2. Tailored and goal orientated program

Sarah guides you through a combination of tailored strength, stability, mobility, and integration work using whichever apparatus best serves your body that day. The reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and spine corrector all offer different ways to challenge and support your movement.


3. Detailed cueing and adjustments

Sarah cues every movement with precision and adjusts your form in real time. She'll slow things down when you need more time to understand a movement, or progress faster when your body is ready.


4. Reflection and plan

Private sessions end with a brief reflection on what you worked on and why. Sarah will let you know what to expect in your next session and how your program is progressing.

What to wear
Comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow Sarah to see how you move (nothing too baggy). Pilates is done in grip socks which are available to purchase at Avera.

What to bring
Just yourself and some water. Sarah provides all equipment, mats, and props.
