Small Group 3:1 Sessions

Max three clients per Pilates session with the perfect balance of personalised attention and shared energy. Small group sessions help you improve strength, posture and mobility.

Small by design so Sarah can give real attention to every person in the room. She watches your form throughout, adjusts when your body needs it, and progresses your program as you get stronger.

~ Small groups - big results

Sarah follows the Pilates program from your Initial Consultation and adapts it as you progress. Whether you're building strength, improving posture, or managing pain, the work stays tailored to your goals.

~ Personal programming

The full range of Pilates equipment gives Sarah the tools to progress your program without limitation. The calm, focused environment helps you concentrate on your body and get better results.

~ Fully equipped & focused

Sarah teaches every Pilates session. She knows your history, tracks your progress, and adjusts your program. That continuity makes a real difference.

~ Consistent guidance

SMALL GROUP 3:1 SESSIONS

How it works

Each 50-minute session is structured to warm up, activate, build core strength, and integrate movement across your whole body. Here's what happens:

1. Warm-up and activation

Sarah starts every session by waking up your body and preparing it for the work ahead. Gentle movement, breathing, and targeted activation to switch on the muscles you'll be using.

2. Personal Pilates program in action

The core of the session. Sarah guides you through exercises on the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and spine corrector. She cues every movement, watches your form, and adjusts based on what she sees. The work is challenging, purposeful, and tailored to your Pilates program.

3. Integration and cool-down

Sessions end with movements that integrate what you've worked on and bring your body back to calm. You'll leave feeling strong, aligned, taller, and clear on what you’re building towards.
