SMALL GROUP 3:1 SESSIONSHow it works
Each 50-minute session is structured to warm up, activate, build core strength, and integrate movement across your whole body. Here's what happens:
1. Warm-up and activation
Sarah starts every session by waking up your body and preparing it for the work ahead. Gentle movement, breathing, and targeted activation to switch on the muscles you'll be using.
2. Personal Pilates program in actionThe core of the session. Sarah guides you through exercises on the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, and spine corrector. She cues every movement, watches your form, and adjusts based on what she sees. The work is challenging, purposeful, and tailored to your Pilates program.
3. Integration and cool-downSessions end with movements that integrate what you've worked on and bring your body back to calm. You'll leave feeling strong, aligned, taller, and clear on what you’re building towards.
